Skylite Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through Skylite Travel eSIM.
What we collect
When you join our launch waitlist, we collect your email address, optional first name, optional travel month, preferred plan, language and your marketing consent. We also record limited, cookie-free interaction events such as waitlist sign-ups and compatibility-check usage. We do not store your precise location or payment details on this pre-launch website.
Why we use it
- To manage the waitlist and send requested launch updates, based on your consent.
- To understand demand and improve the service, based on our legitimate interests.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Sharing and transfers
We use carefully selected hosting, email, payment and connectivity providers where necessary to operate the service. We require appropriate data-protection safeguards and do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Waitlist details are retained until launch and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you unsubscribe sooner or become a customer. Aggregate analytics may be kept longer because it does not identify you directly.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
